Forged Growth provides website, marketing, customer communication, and related software services for trades and home-service businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information through goforgedgrowth.com and our own business communications.
This website lets you learn about our services and contact us. It does not currently complete purchases or appointment bookings. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification, health information, or other sensitive information through chat or email.
1. Information we collect
Information you choose to provide: Your name, contact details, business information, and the content of your questions or messages. Our website chat asks for a name, phone number, and message. You can instead contact us by email or telephone.
Communication preferences and records: Messages, support requests, and records of consent or withdrawal choices associated with communications.
Website connection and usage information: Our hosting and embedded-service providers may receive an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages or resources, and information needed to deliver and protect the website. We ask you to provide only information relevant to your inquiry or requested service. A phone number supplied for one purpose does not authorize unrelated use.
2. How we use information
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, discuss and provide requested services, manage business communications, provide support, record and respect communication preferences, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our homepage's chat widget is the only website form on that page collecting a phone number for SMS opt-in. Its promotional SMS consent control starts unchecked. Read the disclosure next to the control before making a choice; it identifies the sender and the messages covered.
We send promotional texts only with the required permission. Opening chat, supplying a phone number, accepting website terms, or accepting cookies does not by itself subscribe you to promotional SMS. Promotional permission is separate from permission for an inquiry response or other requested service communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and email or telephone contact remains available without joining an SMS program.
Where you have agreed to the relevant messages, communications may concern your inquiry, a requested service or appointment, or promotions about our services. Message frequency varies with your interactions and subscription. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or contact us using the details below. We may send a confirmation of the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. For promotional email, use its unsubscribe link or contact us. We honor withdrawal requests in accordance with applicable law. Withdrawing from marketing does not itself cancel a service agreement or prevent essential non-promotional notices where permitted by law.
4. Sharing and service providers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No other provision of this policy permits that use.
Service providers may process information on our behalf as needed to host our website, maintain customer records, support communications, or deliver requested services. For messaging, this includes processing phone numbers, message content, delivery details, and consent records by our messaging platform, its delivery providers, and network carriers. This processing enables our communications; it does not give those providers permission to market to you independently.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process. This does not authorize the use of mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
5. GoHighLevel and other third-party services
We use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for website hosting, chat, customer records, and communication functions. When it processes our contacts' information on our instructions to provide those services, it acts as a processor or service provider. Its Data Processing Addendum describes those arrangements. Other services may deliver website resources or content, as described in our Cookie Policy. A link to another website takes you to that provider's own service and privacy practices. An external provider's notice does not replace our responsibility for information under our control.
Providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Information processed abroad may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or other authorities under that country's laws. Contact us with questions about foreign service-provider processing.
6. Cookies and similar technology
